METHOD OF SHIPMENT- DOMESTIC
All orders for in-stock merchandise
usually leave our warehouse within 24 hours of order placement. Unless otherwise
specified, we will use either DHL or UPS Ground Service for
shipments within the United States, not including Alaska or Hawaii. (Please
refer to the rate chart below.) Next Day Air, Second Day Air and 3 Day Select
Services are available upon request. Call 610 409 0985 for prices.
Your email address will be used both to contact you about any problems that
may arise in the processing of you order, as well as serving as a contact
point for our shipper to send you an email notification that the order has
shipped and to supply you with a tracking number. If you have questions
about the location of your order, please check the email address you provided
first to see if you have already received this information.
Orders that have requested to be shipped 3-Day, 2-Day, or Overnight will
be sent out the next business day.
Please make sure you have all the items you require before placing the order.
If you do need to make a second order for a forgotten item, there will be
a separate shipping charge.

International orders require higher shipping costs, which will be determined
just prior to shipping. An additional charge with the balance of the total
shipping not already charged with the initial order will be made when the

Occasionally we may not have your entire order in stock. We will be happy to ship out the bulk of your order immediately and back order the missing items. When the remainder of your order becomes available, we will at that time charge your account and send it to you with no additional shipping charges.
WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
Please check through your order and report any shortages, damages or errors within 48 hours. If you have any concerns please call us at 610 409 0985.
All returns must have a return goods authorization number, which is valid fourteen (14) days from insurance. To receive a return authorization number call Storage Squared at 610 409 0985 and have the following information ready:
- Customer Number
- Product Identification Number
- StorageSquared.com order number or invoice number
- Nature of problem
Return Shipping Instructions
Write the return authorization number clearly on the return shipping label. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid and insured.
Return Authorization Criteria
Returns for credit will not be accepted after thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Items must be returned in like-new condition.
Unless the product is found innately defective or was shipped in error, all freight charges, a 20% restocking charges, and any special costs incurred by Storage Squared shall be fully borne by the company requesting the return.
Failure to follow return procedures as detailed above may result in credit refusal. Rejected merchandise will be returned to you at your expense.
Pennsylvania residents must add 6% sales tax to their order.
